Promotion procedure

From 6 August to 16 September 2026, participants will receive one sticker/stamp – while stocks last – for every CHF 20 spent at any Migros store (M, MM, MMM, Migros partners, Migros Express, Migros Teo, VOI) or on migros.ch.

This promotion provides the option of collecting stamps digitally in the app or stickers physically in a collection booklet. Physical stickers and digital stamps cannot be combined. A maximum of 15 stickers/digital stamps may be issued per purchase (maximum receipt amount of CHF 300). Only digital stamps can be collected at self-service formats (in particular Migros Teo). Stickers or digital stamps can only be collected on migros.ch (Migros Online) for orders placed on or after 6 August 2026 and with a delivery date of 16 September 2026 at the latest.

No stickers/digital stamps will be issued for the purchase of vouchers, gift cards, alcoholic beverages, tobacco products and services. The net amount will apply in relation to the purchase value (actual amount still to pay after deduction of discounts etc.). Stickers will only be issued upon presentation of the receipt. The purchase must have been made no longer than 1 hour previously. In the event of doubt, customers may be asked to present the original receipt.

Completed collection booklets or the digital voucher entitling the holder to a free collection item must be redeemed by 23 September 2026 at the latest. The collection booklets/stamps will expire without replacement after this date. Each of the collection items contains a story from the world of the Mimigs (30 to 45 minutes) in dialect. The French or Italian version may be selected in the free Tonies app. The collection items are not available for general purchase and may only be obtained by submitting a completed collection booklet.

Customers have the option of purchasing promotional "Toniebox 2" devices in tropical teal at the advertised special price (in normal household quantities, whilst stocks last). Customers who purchase a "Toniebox 2" in tropical teal will receive a free Mimigs cover at the checkout (while stocks last). When ordering from Migros Online, the "Mimigs cover" option must be ticked under "Extras" at the end of the order process. Completed collection booklets do not entitle holders to a discount on the Toniebox. Famigros members will receive a digital voucher entitling each Famigros household to a discount of CHF 30 on the Toniebox 2 in tropical teal. The voucher may only be redeemed once. Family households who are not yet Famigros members can receive a voucher if they register as Famigros members by 19 September 2026. In the case of new registrations, it may take up to a maximum of 4 days for the voucher to appear. Special promotions for specific target groups (e.g. Famigros) may be introduced and will be communicated separately. Tonieboxes from the standard range are excluded from the promotion.

If items are no longer available, the FMC may, at its own discretion, provide different rewards or make other changes to the promotion/cancel it prematurely.

Collection options (physically with a collection booklet or digitally in the Migros app)

This promotion provides the option of collecting stamps digitally in the app or stickers physically in a collection booklet. In the case of physical collection, a completed collection booklet must be submitted at the checkout at a Migros store, entitling the holder to receive a collectable item of their choice (while stocks last). The collection booklet will only be valid if it contains 15 stickers.

The Migros app and a free Migros account linked to a Cumulus account are required to activate the digital collection option. A Cumulus account may be used as a household account by several people in the same household via their Migros account. To use the digital collection option, the stamp card for the promotion must be activated in the Migros app. The Cumulus card must be presented when making purchases to enable the digital stamps to be credited to the account.

By activating the stamp card in the app, the customer opts to collect stamps digitally. Stamps that have already been collected digitally cannot be converted into physical stickers. Conversely, physical stickers cannot be converted into digital stamps either.

If customers choose the digital collection option, no additional physical stickers will then be issued. Digital stamps and stamp cards are non-transferable and are linked to a single Cumulus account. However, several people from the same household may use the same Cumulus number if the Cumulus household owner registers the Migros accounts in the Cumulus household account. This then enables household members to collect stamps together.

When using subitoGo or when shopping at Migros Teos and other self-service formats, only digital stamps can be collected, as no physical stickers will be issued. The digital voucher, which entitles the holder to receive a free collection item, will be automatically activated when the stamp card has been completed within around two to three minutes of the purchase being made and may be redeemed for a collection item of the holder's choice (while stocks last) at a store (Migros, Migros partner or VOI) when the next (purchase) transaction is made. The customer may either scan the collection item selected themselves at the Subito checkout or redeem it at a staffed checkout. To redeem the offer, customers must present their Cumulus card and an activated voucher.

Special offers for specific target groups may be introduced and will be communicated separately.

General information

There will be no cash payments or refunds for stickers, stamps, collection booklets/stamp cards/vouchers or Pocket Tonies. Transferring stickers/stamps or collection booklets/stamp cards in return for payment or selling them on online marketplaces is strictly prohibited. The organiser reserves the right to take legal action (e.g. reporting the matter to the police) in the event of any violation of the law (e.g. theft, fraud or attempted fraud in relation to this promotion). The organiser may make changes to the promotion conditions at any time, refuse to issue promotion items or Tonieboxes on justified grounds (e.g. violation of these conditions), exclude participants and/or cancel the promotion prematurely.

The processing of personal data in relation to this promotion is subject to the Migros Group Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at privacy.migros.ch.

The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising out of or in connection with this promotion shall be Zurich. The promotion and all legal relationships between the organiser (FMC) and all participants will be governed exclusively by Swiss law, to the full exclusion of the conflict of laws provisions and the provisions of the Vienna Convention (United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods of 11 April 1980).
